How to remove wallpaper shown on boot?

I have just cleaned up an XP laptop (non-domain) of a ton of virii. One virus changed a users wallpaper to a fake malware warning. I have changed to another wallpaper so that when the user logs in they get the normal tellytubby land.

However, when the computer boots, between the XP boot screen and the welcome screen, the warning wallpaper flashes up.

    How do I change this?

    TIA
