    Microsoft Outlook Web Access

    Whenever a user opens her emails using outlook web access she gets a red cross and cannot send email but she can read her emails.

    I believe this to be a bug between Exchange 2003 and IE7. You need to apply the latest service pack to Exchange server (which I believe is SP2).

    You will probably need to install this hotfix which requires Exchange SP2 to be installed before hand:

    You receive an error message when you try to perform any editing tasks, or you must click to enable the compose frame in Outlook Web Access
