we're currently using worldclient for our school email (staff only nothing set up for pupils yet) and we're looking to either move to exchange or go with a private company/provider. exploring this I realized that I hadn't a clue about what a school is legally required to do. data protection, storing emails etc, all spring to mind, and there are probably a dozen more. I'm going to try the becta site shortly, but if anyone who has any experience of this could help with some links I'd be grateful.
