Raising domain functional level

I'm considering raising my 2k3 domain functional level from 2000 to 2k3, I only have two DCs on this network, both are running 2k3. I don't think we have any old W98/2K clients left, but what is liable to break with this change?

Done this a few times without a problem. should be straight forward enough.

Since both DCs are 2k3, no problems raising functional level up to 2k3 as well.

Is it running 2000 native rhydian?

As long as you don't plan to use any Windows 2000 domain controllers it should be fine.
