I am setting up a brand new network on Windows Server 2008 and I have built some stations on XP SP3 and the first couple of times you switch the pcs on they boot quickly and now they have just slowed down taking 35min+ to apply computer settings/network.
I also have Roaming Profiles which take an age to logon (everything is redirected using the registry and the profiles are made up of a 208KB User.dat file).
