Strange Outlook 2003 problem.

Using Outlook 2003 to access a simple POP3 email system. One of my users keeps getting asked for a password when they try and receive mail.

We've changed their password on the POP3 server and the local host so that they are the same and it still asks for a password.

If you type in the same password as the POP3 account you still get the box poping up.

Any ideas out there?

If you go to Tools > E-mail Accounts > View or change existing mail accounts, then click the Test Account Settings button, does the test work successfully?
