Our Webmail is timing users out after 5-10mins of inactivity, composing a new email doesnt count as active time. as you arnt interacting with the server,
After some googling ive created 2 registry keys and set the approriate timeouts, restarted IIS.. still doesnt work.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\MSExchange
WEB\OWA\TrustedClientTimeout
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\MSExchange
WEB\OWA\PublicClientTimeout
Any Ideas?
