    Formatting auto date in MS Access Reports

    Probably very simple but I cant figure it out. Trying to get the date showing as just

    Code:
    FullMonthName Year
    so it would just show eg June 2008.

    Cant seem to stop it from showing the day as well just now.

    Any suggestions please?

    Make the format string mmmm yyyy

    (mm would give 01, 02 ... 12; mmm gives Jan, Feb etc)

    Where do I change the format string?

    Code:
    =date()
    just now, and putting
    Code:
    =date(mmmm yyyy)
    doesnt work?

    You will enter it as =Format(Now(), "mmmm yyyy")

    You can use either Date() or Now()
