Is it the error that says your seach looks like it's from a robot and asks you to complete a CAPTCHA?
They're always fun! We sometimes get them as well. Obviously the pupils and staff then scream about google not working.. even more fun!!
Also... What's with the adverts for GAYDAR!?

Tell them to ignore it. I'm not 100% sure why google do this but my guess is that their server sees alot of searches from one IP address (the schools) and thinks that it's under an attack and therefore throws up the CAPTCHA screen... although a quick search indicates it might be a problem with squid based proxies...

Your ISP should contact Google and provide details of their proxy servers, that way Google can bypass their robot detection system for those caches. SWGfL did this and we no longer get any warnings.

I've not seen it for awhile but it has happened occasionally.

Good to know, I've not seen this before. Do you have to contact Google to remove the CAPTCHA? (for everyone's reference).

Your ISP has to.
