IE 7 Phishing under group policy!! HELP

    Hello,

First post so please bare with me!!

Have a problem... just undated some PC's to IE7. When a user log's in and runs internet explorer they get asked about the Phishing filter. They say enable and are ok to work.

The next time they log in it asks again and is driving them mad.

Have logged in under administrator to try and solver problem but IE settings are per user and the group policy does not give the user the rights to change IE settings.

So please help, is there a registry fix or anything to get round this!

    Regards,

    Matt

Is this a grammatical error or are you inviting us all to get naked with you?

This is common problem and it's because you haven't updated to the IE7 version of intres.adm. You can read how to here

Once you've done this, under User Config > Admin Templates > Internet Explorer

You need to look for a policy called: Prevent performance of First Run Customise Settings
