I find myself also wanting to do a report by users (so I can show who isnt using the system), did you ever find a way to do this?

    Re: Customising Liberum..

I hadn't noticed this in the past, a work around is to use the "search problems" feature (rep/search.asp) where you can search by user, however

I must admit though, the reports would be better, as it would be great to see who are the most problematic members of staff! (But probably know that already without looking)

I'll definatly be looking into this myself, i'll let you know.

    Re: Customising Liberum..

I've customised the reports section to include the ability to search by user as well as catagory, department and rep.

All customisations below are based on Liberum 0.97.3, please backup any files you change before making any alterations, as I can take no responsibility for things going wrong on your setup.

    1. Alter the /rep/reports.asp page as follows:

Add the following code into line 57, to add extra radio button to reports form.

    Code:
    <input type="radio" name="type" value="3"> <%=lang(cnnDB, "User")%><%=lang(cnnDB, "Report")%>

    2. Alter the /rep/reports.asp page as follows:

Add the following code to line 72, to create the SQL query statment.

    Code:

    Case 3	' Users
queryStr = "SELECT uid AS name, Count(*) AS total, sum(time_spent) AS total_time " & _
    "FROM problems " & _
    "WHERE " & dateCriteria & " AND id>0 " & _
"GROUP BY uid ORDER BY uid ASC"

Add the following code to line 113, to change the table heading title.

    Code:
    Case 3
    Response.Write(lang(cnnDB, "User"))

The only thing I don't like about this page is the fact that you can't sort the results. I'll be looking at this sometime in the future. Hope this helps.
