Stay away from it. We are having problems here and MS have not provided a hotfix for it yet.
If you have it check out www.sun.com and see the page there.
You will get 502 errors about Headers being invalid on *bad* sites as well as caching issues. Disabling cache (aka setting size to 0) seems to fix some issues but the header one can only be fixed by rolling back until a hotfix is released.
Any had any issues yet?
UPDATE: MS have released a "phone for" hotfix at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/916106/
Works here

Re: ISA 2004 SP2 - DO NOT INSTALL!!
I installed it on Monday, don't seem to be experiencing any problems, not really seen any improvements either though so maybe not worth the risk if problems have being reported.

I was using the Sun website today and had no problems... how strange... had the SP installed for a while now IIRC.

I think the hotfix is now available and the info link (KB) is there but it still having issues actually downloading the fix - MS has messed up again.!
As for SP2, I think it does offer improvements in caching and HTTP compression there is a SP2 whitepaper on MS ISA Server site which details the improvements.
We are waiting for the download link to appear on the good old MS's KB link.
