I've asked Google and searched here, but i'm not quite sure what i'm looking for.
At a previous employers, we used "everyone@" to send email to all staff. I've tried to create similar here (distribution group), but the server informs me that it already exists. Can't find it though.
Where does it live, and does it function as i expect it to? I'd rather not test it by emailing everyone

22nd May 2008, 11:51 AM #2 Never mind, i've created a new group, DL-Everyone, and re-named it to appear as "Everyone" and added all staff to it. Sorted.

Might be better to use a query based distribution group - this way you can automagically add new staff to it - basically, when you set it up you're asked what you want to include and you just follow the wizard. Then as staff join they're automatically in the list.
