    Force fullscreen in explorer?

    Any one know a way of forceing windows to use the fullscreen option for all windows explorer windows. I need to be able to set it ideally through Group Policy as i dont want to have to reg edit each machine.

    Any help much appreciated.

    Hi all,

    I have just spent the last hour going through a load of group policies but cant see the one i need anywhere.

    Anyone got any other ideas then please post.

    Right-click on the link, then select Properties > Shortcut. Select "Maximized"
    from the Run pull-down menu and click Apply.

    Repeat this procedure with other program links.

    No idea how you would set this via GPO

    That's all i could find too. No centralised option as far as i can see.

    Thanks for all the replys unfortunatly they dont seem to have sorted the issue i guess it is back to the drawing board.

    Just as a side point it is not the fullscreen i am after it is the removal of the menu bar from a windows explorer windows that i want, he fullscreen is just an extra efect of achieving that. If anyone knows how this can be done, please, please, please post
