Hi Guys,

We're having problems with our OWA setup. In the meantime we would like to forward a users school email to their home email address but cant find where or how to do it. We can forward email from one internal mailbox to another user mailbox.

Go to AD Users and Computers - select the user and go to properties - click the Exchange General tab - Delivery options - Forwards to.

Hi Dos_Box,

Tried your instruction... Exchange General tab/Delivery options/Forward to, doesn't work... when I put in a external email address, exchange tells me its invalid, can't find a mailbox with that address.

You'll have to add the external address as a contact in AD first
