WSUS3 SP1 failed downloads
I've recently noticed that since upgrading WSUS3 to SP1, the updates downloaded since have failed on all clients. I've checked the WindowsUpdate.log on a couple of stations and they show an error of
This is the same as the "HTTP 404 - FILE NOT FOUND" webpage according to the WSUS forum. A quick look in IIS revealed that the content folder is pointing to (in my case): D:\WSUS\Updates\WsusContent but on further inspection have noticed that updates are actually held in: D:\WSUS\WsusContent now. For some reason it looks like the SP1 update didn't alter this path in IIS. I have altered this manually and can now access the update from a client via url as it should.
DnldMgr Error 0x80244019 occurred while downloading update
This new folder is not shared like the old one so was wondering whether anyone could check whether this should be please!?

I'm interested in this too as I still use WSUS 3.0, haven't updated to SP1 yet. I thought it was only useful if you had Vista or 2008 Server?

SP1 updates the way in which you approve updates apparently among other things but can't say i've seen any differences yet.
