Lsass.exe - System Error
An I/O operation initiated by the Registry failed unrecoverably. The registry could not read in, or write, or flush, one of the files that contain the system's image of the registry.
I get this upon boot up after imaging several toshiba sat pro laptops. Any ideas??

24th April 2008, 11:00 AM #4 It must be something to do with the image (logically). In theory, if you have a machine which isn't displaying error messages, you could create an image from this. Maybe worth a try.
It would be interesting also to see if they're all using the same make/model/capacity of hard disk, as I have seen similar problems to this before.
I presume that you have Sysprepped the image prior to imaging? So ideally, Sysprep's Mini Setup is the first thing you see when the computer first boots.
