HI all,
i am having a problem trying to assign an MSI in GP. Its a program called Securus and it let me assign the old version but now we have an update it ain't letting me assign it.
Im getting the following error:
"Add operation failed. Unable to extract deployment information from package. Run validation on the package to ensure the package is correct."
Any ideas?

Might be worth giving them a bell?

14th April 2008, 12:34 PM #4 As it is an MSI rather than an MSP this kind of error would indicate that the MSI package is either corrupted or more likely put together in a way that is non standard (read incorrect). I would also suggest contacting the supplier for an update one.
