    isa 2004 Network rule

    dear all, please help !
    i have isa 2004 std. installed on windows 2003 enter. with three network card.
    one connected to ISP with public IP, another to my LAN and third one to another router which is connected to headoffice. i want to configure three traffices thorugh ISA,one email,two internet and three IBM maninframe called CICS.
    email is through ISP and internet half users through ISP & other through headoffice. most important is IBM CICS whose details as follows:
    Type of Host :S/390 , interface : LAN, Attachment:Telnet3270,Host definition IP :XXX.XXX.XX.XX, port number 23. thorugh headooffice network card
    please help how to setup this envorimne
