Windows Thread, It's all Chinese to me....! in Technical; I have to install Windows XP on to a laptop - but in Chinese (Mandarin, I think). I am right ...

    It's all Chinese to me....!

    I have to install Windows XP on to a laptop - but in Chinese (Mandarin, I think). I am right in thinking that the only way to do this is via a version of XP produced for the Chinese market?

    Yes you need a Chinese language edition to do this properly.

    Yep you can get multi language versions but i think they're bussiness only (could be wrong though)

    I've just checked on our MS licencing site (we have software assurance and a schools agreement) and it's there for download.
