Custom buttons in Outlook Web Access

We are running Exchange 2003 with OWA.

We would like to add an extra button to the left hand Navbar. I've googled it but can't find anything for 2003

Can anyone help?

We want to link to a shared calendar for everyone to see

and you want it on the section on the bottom left

Yes we want it where the inbox and calender buttons are
