hi guys, apologies if this is in the wrong section. anyway to the point we need access to a website called www.testingforschools.com it requires flash however by accessing the help page you can check config of the system you are using to what they require to pass or fail. the only issues here were the flash player being an older version now i updated it and i still get a problem of the page not loading...any ideas?
just to add when i installed flash i ahd to download the flash player file on to my admin machine and install it by having the file accessible over network. when i tried to install it from the site directly using the machine itself i had a message saying windows firewall has blocked a file because of unknown publisher? the network manager did tell me we dont use windows firewall or i could be told wrong.
thanks in advance!

14th March 2008, 12:28 PM #2 At our place, all installation, including flash upgrades has to be done by an administrator account. It's blocked by group policy for everyone else and that is probably what's happening to you.
Once flash is installed, flash should work correctly for everyone using that machine and hence the website you want to use should then work for you.

Are you sure that the admin hasn't banned this in the windows popup blocker rather than the firewall.
