Exchange 2007 - Weird Email Activity

A user this morning told me about a Undeliverable message she received from my Exchange server which occured at 00:56 this morning.

Strange thing is, it looks like an email has come in to her account for Mens Health or some other crap and straight afterwards she's got an Undeliverable message saying she sent the message to an account that doesn't exist. Looking at the exchange logs and she didn't send anything, its really weird.

Not sure if its GFI or Exchange thats playing up.

Sounds like a typical example of spoofing to me I'm afraid.
