Veritas and Drivers?
Have a HP ProLiant ML370 G4 server with a HP Ultrium 2-SCSI Tape Drive (LTO) running Win2k3 SP1
The tape drive started throwing out tapes and asked to be cleaned.. so we ran the cleaning tape though it and that didnt work. Phoned HP and they suggested upgrading the firmware. We did that and all went successfully.
Veritas on the other hand (v10) does not see the tape drive. Well it does but doesnt work.
"Error - Mount Failed. Physical Volume Library drive not found" V-79-57344-3335"
I think it needs newer drivers now to run it but do not want to fudge it up even more. Any suggestions please?
