23rd February 2008, 02:56 PM #2 The user accounts must live within the OU. You have two options, make an OU within your original OU and move the users into that, linking your new GPO to just that OU, or make a completely separate OU, link the GPO to that Ou and then create and link a second GPO with the additonal settings.
Does that make sense?

Yes I think I get that, put an OU in an OU and link the original Gp's to it and add new gp's to it too..willthis work for windows 2000 server too (ie can i add the gp snapin to it)
