    AOL Live Help Update

    This is part of the transcript of the session I just had with aol livehelp:

    "17:49:42Steven65:I've forwarded your details on to our in-house team, they will be able to fix this from our end, not too sure how much longer this will go on for, really do apologise for this inconvenience.
    17:50:02Steven65:They say to give it less than 24 hours now, but, they said that yesterday too I'm afraid"

    Looks like aol are aware of the problem but not sure what their "fix" will be and whether it'll be "system wide" or just those who bother to contact them...
