OWA - trouble shooting
Dear All
Our LEA is supplying all schools, who want to buy into it, a Sharepoint portal with OWA. The problem is that when our students log on there are all sorts of problems with the web pages freezing, cookie errors, attachments not opening etc. In fact, it is virtually unuseable.
The tech team from the LEA came in and witnessed the problems, plugged their laptop into our network and concluded that their laptop was ok so it was a local problem that needed to be trouble-shooted by our tech team.
Can anybody please suggest how I best get the on site Tech team to systematically check these problems? At present, people are voting with their feet and not using the system, yet we would like to use OWA in our teaching.
Thanks
P
