anyone know how to reset password on this software from apc as forgot the password

I can't remember how it is set up, but have you looked to see if it's registered as a user in AD?

Username/Password is POWERCHUTE/APC by default...

cant see anything in ad and default dsont work I have done it bfore but cant remeber how

solved

drastic way of doing it but uninstalling software and reinstalling software does it

Where are the logon details stored anyway?

I've used Russdev's method in the past and it's the only way around the problem I've found.
