Sophos EC3 and EM look like they are not comunicating

Ok so I installed Sophos on a new server 2 days ago, i am getting the managed computers and have successfully told it to stop moaning about Securus and RemoteAdmin.

The only weird thing I seem to be getting is that the EM is saying successful on downloads but in the EC it is saying the Last Update from Sophos is Not Available.

    Anyone got any ideas?

Close down the library and the console, open up services and restart the Sophos Autoupdate agent, Sophos EMLibUpdate Agent and the Sophos Enterprise Manager Scheduler, not sure which one of these it is but just restart them all.

Once restarted open up the EMLibrary and click download packages, this will take a few minutes, once finished check your console and it should have updated.

Just go off the phone with Sophos Tech support, an error with the install not putting an XML file in, so have had to uninstall it all and the reinstall it all, and then redeploy the client ancd settings all over again
