Morning all,
I have a very odd problem that I’ve not seen before. The issue is now reoccurring; it started on Monday night’s backup job.
I receive the following failure notice on Backup Exec:
I have checked this out on the net to find not a great deal! I have also checked the Event Viewer, which reported:AOFO: Initialization failure on: "\\SERVERNAME\Shadow?Copy?Components". Advanced Open File Option used: Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS).
Snapshot provider error (0x800706BF): 0x800706bf (2147944127)
Check the Windows Event Viewer for details.
The following volumes are dependent on resource: "C:" .
Note: Backup Exec did not perform a snapshot of all volumes simultaneously because the option 'Process logical volumes for backup one at a time' was selected as a backup job property.

I don't have any errors when looking at the backup logs though, nor do I receive errors when running 'Vssadmin list writers' in CMD.
I've had a look at the VSS updates suggested but the symptoms don't match. The symptoms don't show my Event ID at all?
Has anyone else had this problem? Any help greatly appreciated!
