Outlook

Hi guys,

I've setup my EMBC email account on Outlook 2007 but everytime I download my emails to Outlook it deletes them out of my webmail. Very annoying when I need the information from them at work and at home.

Sorry if i'm missing something obvious here, but I really don't wanna cause myself more bother, post Ofsted blues

Have you set the account to save to a personal folder rather than the username mailbox?

nope, it's basically just standard Outlook settings, I haven't personalised it at all.

Just thought about it, IMAP and POP3 available, think i'm using POP3

Because mail servers do not have infinate storage and users get upset when we bulk delete mailbox contents!
