Question Problem with no access to local groups on XP laptop from remote management.

I have recently re-imaged via RIS 5 laptops. Problem i have is when i connect to them through AD ( Right Click laptop and choose manage) The local User and Groups part has a red cross through and says access denied.

Does anyone know what could be causing this?
