I've got a user who is occasionally recieving blank email in her outlook inbox. When she checks them on webmail they are fine. I've tracked it down to email that is sent as plain text as the same message get through as HTML. I'm not sure where to go next...any ideas welcome..
We had this from day one of using Outlook 2003 and Exchange Server 2003! It was an incomptability of Rich, Plain and HTML text, it became quite a joke with various SMT "firing blanks" around the place. I will try and find out what my boss did to fix it as I did not fix it he did. On a positive note if you or your SMT are worried, its only a problem on internal communications, external communications are not affected at all.
