Just a quick update
I have pointed my DNS on my domain to my server I can send e-mails to outsiders such as a gmal.com address but I cannot receive them.
I followed the instructions above but I didn’t do the SMTP.
Your help is appreciated.
Zak
PS: who ever can fix it for me can have a few beers :drinkers: , if need be you can remotely control the server.

hi
go to command prompt and telnet your server with your domain name
example telnet mail.greatermanchester.com 25 if working you should be able to logon to your exchange box
