How big is too big?? We have lots of mailboxes which are several gigabytes, they're all SLT members so difficult to tell them to slim down a bit!

Must admit top of the tree in our place is SMT closely followed by IT in the main. Unlimited mailboxes are evil really, and we should move away from them. Ours are getting better at saving them to text files, which can then be indexed by Windows search assistant thingy so they are great to use then

Well its up and running now and its working a dream, does take a while to get used to the interface, especially now you do all the AD users administering inside the Exchaneg interface and not in Active Users and Computers.

Even changing the graphics and fonts that OWA use is a breeze, well done M$.

Only pain was that the Send Connector seemed to vanish today for no reason leaving all mail in the queue (which took me a while to find)

Oh and the recovery storage group is ace.

PS. I didn't alter the mailbox max size when I moved the oversized mailbox so she got an email saying... 'your mailbox is too large. no emails can be send or received until this is resolved' Nice warning

hehe Good one you Teach them a lesson. I jiggled some storage quotas today and the phone went quickly when they revereted back to small quotas rather than huuuge ones, whoopsy! First day back mixups
