    Logon scripts

    Hiya all!

    Merry christmas to one and all!

    Quick question, at my old high school they did something with there startup scripts that i want to do but im not sure how they did it!

    When the machine started up and it said "Running startup scripts", they had the windows startup sound playing so it would say...

    "Running Startup Script - Playing Windows Startup Sound", i know stupid but hey,

    how do you get the additional name to the "running startup scripts" bit?

    Anybody know?

    They had Verbose Status messages on.

    This can be done in Group Policies:
    Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System
    and turn on:
    "Verbose v normal status messages"
