Shortcut/script to change display resolution+ old Projectors

Is it possible to have a sort of short cut or script that i could use for staff to be able to double click it and change the display resolution to 800 x 600. Then another one to change it back to14400 x 900.

Its all come about due to a purchase of new wide screen laptops and the staff are complaining about having to change the settings via control panel all the while ( hard life, I know)
