I've not yet found a network card this won't work with (some evil bugger will probably pop out of the wood work saying it doesn't work with their EISA token ring card).

Have you tried the universal driver? (Assuming you use Ghost Solution Suite 2).

Thats just the PHY, the LAN controller will be part of the chipset. What chipset are the mainboards using? Nvidia?

PXE boot into > RIS(WDS) run > GHOST with Universal PXE Driver.

Sorted it out. Chipset is VIA so i used a VIA LAN driver. Works a treat. Thanks for all your suggestions. Will look into WDS!
