no - ipconfig /all
only reveals the internal IP address, subnet mask and default gateway
there is a command to see public IP

http://whatsmyip.org/ will tell you the public IP address of the last router your connection goes through before it gets to the internet. This will most likely be a router at your LEA. Most schools don't have a public IP address as such, because they connect to a local grid first before going out to the internet.

i think if you install logmein and register you can find out your ip that way
