we had this problem but in MX2004...the only fix work around we found was to export as a .png file and then it would let them save it.

hmm If i save to my documents then its fine but soon as i try to save in to folder that is deeper in tree structure i.e.
my documents|my work|ict|ocr|unit 1|task 2| then it brings up the following error.

18th May 2009, 10:41 PM #7 I'm sure we've got this problem too and if I remember correctly it's still unresolved despite much effort. I'll try to remember to look.

19th May 2009, 08:14 AM #9 We get this, and I know it sounds odd but if we change the canvas size by 1pixel (usually down) it lets them save. On rare occasion its more than one pixel but usually just one.

We got around this successfully(MX 2004) - but the only way we could do it was to allow 'everyone' full control of C:\ drive. Kids can't see the C:\ drive, so I'm not to bothered doing this. I know, I know security, but if there was another way we'd be using it. This works no matter what the image size and no matter where in there home directory they save it.
