    You can write your own e.g. KB317680.

    Otherwise QS Disclaimer seems to work for ~ £50 (easy to use and copes with all the mail formats).

    I have a feeling that there's some product of Sophos' that will do it. Not entirely sure though. Some people prefer not to use Sophos products but you could give them a bell.

    Also be aware these 'disclaimers' are legally useless and will also trip spam filters. Making your email less deliverable.
