    DNS Server Questions

    Hi

This might sound a little silly but here goes....

If you have a new Windows Server and you want to put DNS on the new server do you need to make a transfer of the DNS records as well? If so how do i go by doing that?

When i take a look everything seems the same.

    Thanks

    Z

    Re: DNS Server Questions

If your talking in an AD scenario then you pretty much just install the DNS server as AD integrated and it does it all for you.
