Problems getting one PC to boot from DHCP & RIS

I have a room full of custom built PC's all of the same Mobo and all same hardware. I have managed to get 19 to boot into RIS and image OK. I have one though that stalls at the DHCP bit of RIS.

It displays the DHCP line with the GUID and the Mac address and then stops and goes no further.

It then returns the error PXE-E53 No boot filename received.

I have no idea, can anyone help with advice?

Re: Problems getting one PC to boot from DHCP & RIS

We sometimes get the same issue - even using main brand machines like Dell & HP.

If we have a room where one doesnt work we just pull a HD from an imaged pc and swap it over - Job done. takes a couple of minutes - not worth getting hung up on.
