Java and SamLearning - Security Exceptions...

When our students use SAMLearning on some of our machines (and the number is growing daily) Java keeps flashing up with around 5 or 6 security notices, and then stops the site from loading the exercises the students need.

We are running the latest version of Java we can lay our hands on (Runtime 6 Update 3).

    Has anyone got any ideas?
