    outlook 2010 auto config

is it possible to in some way set outlook up so that on opening it knows your server settings (lln) fills in all the boxes but just asks for username and password (and preferably allow it to do this on 2 accounts) as i will need shortly to be migrating teachers email from a closed exchange server (i have no access to it other than via outlook) to office 365 and id rather not have to manually transfer every teacher in a dozen schools accounts just tried it with mine its not hard but just time consuming
