Problems playing youtube Video's on windows XP CC4 computers.

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me as I'm running out of idea's. my clients are mainly xp on a CC4.3 network. I have Java version 7 update 45, Adobe shockwave 12, and Flash Player 11.8 installed on the computers. I am having trouble with playing youtube video's from these computers, I keep getting the message "An error has occurred, please try later"

I have tried different browsers (google, IE, Firefox) to no avail.
I've tried uninstalling/re-installing Java and flash.
deleted history, cache, temporary internet files
ensured Java is enabeled in the 'manage addons' of IE
firewall is disabled, and popup blocker unchecked

none of these seem to make a difference. Help.

Hi its to do with filtering, try adding Googlevideo.com into your allowed lists.
    Worked for us.

There is another thread on a similar topic that you might find helpful if the answer posted above does not do the trick:

Link: YouTube videos suddenly not playing on some computers

Yes, we've had this and it's the sound / volume issue. PITA.
