Pretty much, not tried the vista version yet. The above was what I had to do to get it working, I have not tested it to see if that's exactly what is required.

5th May 2009, 10:14 AM #18 Had the same problem, saves work no problem, but when re opening a project if I try from the redirected My Documents folder...error! but if I try from the users H:\ drive, exactly the same file, same location it behaves correctly! Now must be permissions or something as it works fine as it should when I try it another school from the redirected My Documents area! Just leart to work around it for the times we use it at the moment.

I've heard of this happening, and no you're not going mad. Photostory is on the Badly Behaved List for this reason (though it's still a useful piece of software, if you can work around this).

10th February 2010, 12:03 PM #21 No not found a real fix as of Yet, even tried to use the RunAs to run the program and it complained! If yiu map out the users home area to a drive letter, we use that and its OK, it just did not like opening up from the redirected (same folder) My Documents. Would love to find a solution though.
