Apparantly Microlibrarian do a lot of free training via WebEx but I cannot find an easy way to install the client controls.
As far as I can see, an ActiveX control is required and possibly something else.
Does anybody know anything about this?

How are you installing the controls? Simply joining a meeting should do it for you! I am sure that it all worked quite easily, and i am on FireFox (thus no ActiveX).

@Martin: Users do not have permission to install ActiveX controls (for obvious reasons) and they do not have access to a different browser since I haven't locked Firefox down suitably yet.
@ajbritton: I installed the package that the links suggest but it didn't seem to make any difference :?
Ric,
have you managed to get things working?
I have looked at my configuration, and IE has a Browser Extension for "Start WebEx MeetMeNow", which for some reason sits in my Firefox plugins folder. I can't see any references to plugins or extensions within Firefox itself though.
However, bear in mind that i am configured to actually start a meeting (rather than just join one), so i am not sure exactly what gets downloaded when you simply connect.
Regards,
Martin
