I'm pretty sure I've heard some whispers about this but I wanted to confirm what scripting languages will be supported in the coming server 2k8 and Vista platforms when it comes to login scripts.
At the moment I'm using VBScript but I seem to remember it was being dropped or something?
Anyone with a definitive answer and/or any resources for the languages that will be supported?... I figure I might as well get ahead of the game somewhat.
Thanks in advance..

VBScript will not be dropped in future versions of windows, powershell is a new easier to understand language but is designed to compliment VBS not replace it.

Thanks for that.

I think MS envision PS becoming dominant but VBS will be around for a long time yet there are millions of scripts out there and thousands of people that are very happy using them.
