Open a program up on display 2

Ive got my laptop setup for multiple monitors, i know i could just drag it across every time but is there a way that i can get a program to open up by default on display 2. Possibly using a script or something

If you get ultramon or multimon or whatever it's called, that'll remember which screen your software is opened and closed on etc.

By the look of it Multimon taskbar is free. Don't know what it would be like, but you can find it here:
